Our company was founded in 1989 and is located in the western suburbs of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to the Shanghai Nanjing Expressway, the Yangtze River Expressway, and the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal. The company has three branches, which respectively produce various metal stamping parts (including the design and manufacturing of stamping molds), various iron wire products and metal components, and surface treatment of various metal products (including electroplating copper, nickel, chromium, zinc, and electrostatic spraying, etc.). The annual production of various wire products and metal components reaches over 6000 tons, mainly used for supermarket shelves and various display racks, as well as electrical appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and microwave ovens. Most of the products are exported to Europe and America, with major customers including IBM, SIEMENS, WHIRLPOOL, WAL-MART, and others. The company can also produce various iron wire products and metal components according to customer drawings.
The company has over 200 sets of professional production equipment, including high-precision large, medium, and small press machines, large, medium, and small CNC wire cutting machines, CNC milling machines, and mold manufacturing equipment such as turning, milling, grinding, and drilling machines, from raw material entry to product delivery; Production equipment for metal wire products and component products, including wire drawing machines, straightening machines, various high-efficiency welding machines, and CNC bending forming machines; Two automatic electroplating production lines, three rolling and manual electroplating lines, optical projectors, coating thickness gauges and salt spray testing equipment, sewage treatment equipment, etc.
The company's ISO9001-2000 and ISO14001-2004 management systems have respectively passed the UK BSI certification (2001 CERTIFICATE NO FM61417), UKAS NQA certification (2002 CERTIFICATE NO 14511), and CNAB certification (certificate number 04506E10128ROS). The product has been tested by SGS and meets RoHS environmental requirements.
