Changzhou Yixiong Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 1989, and is located in the western suburb of Changzhou city, Jiangsu, close to Huning Highway and Yanjiang Highway and The Jing-Hang Grand Canal. The waterage sets out from Shanghai Port, Zhangjiagang Port or Changzhou Port. The company has self-support import & export right. Now the company has the site area of more than 30,000sqm and more than 300 staff (including more than 50 professionals.)

The company has three branches, which manufacture all kinds of metal pressings (including the design and manufacturing of the pressing mould), all kinds of wire products and hardware, and the surface treatment of all kinds of metal products (electro copper, nickel, chrome, zinc and electrostatic painting, etc.). All kinds of wire products and hardware are mainly used in supermarket shelf, show rack, refrigerator, oven and micro-ware oven, etc with an annual capacity of more than 6,000 tons. Our products are mainly exported to the Occident, and our main customers include IBM, SIEMENS, WHIRLPOOL and WAL-MART, etc.

The company has more than 200 complete production equipments from the entry of raw materials to the ex-works of the finished-products, including high-precision large, medium and small pressing machines, large, medium and small CNC wire-cut machines, CNC milling machines and other lathing, milling, grinding and drilling machines, etc. mould manufacturing equipments; draw-bench, bar straightener, high-efficient welder, CNC bending forming machine, etc. manufacturing equipments of metal wire products and hardware; two automatic plating production lines, three liquid and manual galvanized wire lines, optical projector, layer thickness meter, salt spray test equipment and sewage disposal equipments, etc.

The company has passed the BSI certification of ISO9001-2000 and ISO14001-2004 Quality Management System（2001 CERTIFICATE NO FM61417，UKAS NQA certification（2002 CERTIFICATE NO 14511）and CNAB certification（CERTIFICATE NO 04506E10128ROS）. The products have passed the SGS test in accordance with RoHS environmental requirement.
